Câmara aprova projeto de lei que altera código de trânsito
A Câmara aprovou, ontem, o projeto de lei nº 3267/19, que altera diversos pontos do Código de Trânsito Brasileiro, apresentado ao Congresso pessoalmente pelo presidente Jair Bolsonaro em novembro do ano passado.
Uma das principais mudanças na legislação é o aumento da validade da Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH), que passa a ser de 10 anos para condutores com até 50 anos de idade.Atualmente, é preciso refazer os exames a cada cinco anos. A renovação a cada três, hoje obrigatória para motoristas acima de 65 anos, passa a ser exigida apenas a quem tem mais de 70. Para pessoas entre 50 e 70 anos, a exigência é a cada cinco anos.
